In terms of global epidemics and public health, Song Meichao and Fan Pengcheng argued, the essential problem of the UN facing now was that they have globalization but they don’t have global government and global governance in close correspondence. We could learn from the “China Experience” of Corona Virus Disease 2019 and the UN coordination mechanism for AIDS prevention.

In terms of terrorism, Song Zhengqi and Shen Qi argued, the root was randomness region governance. They deeply discussed the feasibility of foreign intervention and expressed the direction of fighting against terrorism in the future.
