Abstract: In current circumstances, the once-a-hundred-year pandemic and the once-in-a-century changes are intertwined, the adjustment period of globalization development, the shift of world power structure, and the incubation period of scientific and technological industrial revolution overlap and crisscross, countries around the world are forming a new “China view”. People from all walks of life in the United States hold a negative “China view”; European countries show contradictory “China view”; the “China view” of neighboring countries and regions is complicated; countries in the Middle East and North Africa, Africa and Latin America, where developing countries are relatively concentrated, hold a correspondingly objective and fair “China view”. China should jointly construct its international discourse power system by constructing the theoretical path of Chinese discourse and narrative system, the practical path of international discourse guiding force, and the cooperative path of international united front, so as to accelerate the improvement of the “China view” of all countries in the world, and seek a favorable external development environment.
